Aloha! Our beautiful townhouse is located on the Wailea Ekahi greenbelt where you are minutes from the most heavenly beach you would ever want dip your toes into. Yes, Keawakapu Beach has been ranked one of the best beaches in America. You are able to enjoy gorgeous views from every lanai and bedroom window. This two bedroom two 1/2 bath is furnished with an oriental/hawaiian decor that will take your breath away.
Our spacious townhouse is 1,945 sq. ft with every amenity you desire. A beautiful master with a gorgeous picture like view. A fully equipped bath and two his and hers’ closets. A separate lanai with a beautiful view.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with its own private bathroom. A separate lanai with a beautiful view. We also have two futon cushions that are great for kids. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.
Our townhouse is equipped with an updated air conditioned system that has separate remote controls for each room. Ceiling fans in everyone room and bathroom. A full -size washer and dryer. We have 3 lanais off the living and dining room area with a gas BBQ. An updated kitchen and pantry – Free WiFi internet access – Ipod stereo system – Flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom.
Upon your arrival we provide you with a starter kit for your cleaning needs in the kitchen and bath to ease you into Your Maui Escape.

POLICIES:
• A 2 night deposit confirms the reservation.
• Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
• No Smoking/Pets
• 1/2 day fee for early/late check-in/out if available
• No cleaning fees for stays longer than 7 nights

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any and all cancellations $300 service charge per unit.
Prior to 60 days of arrival- Refund less $300 service per unit.
Within 60 days of arrival – Full amount forfeited unless unit is re-rented.
Within 60 days of arrival- No reduction of dates to reservation.
If balanced is not received by due date you will have cancelled your reservation.
Cancellation Insurance is advised.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Not permitted. Security deposit will be forfeited.
SECURITY DEPOSIT $300.00 – Refund, minus loss, damage or excessive cleaning charge. 30 days after your departure.
